Meetings are held the 4th Monday of each month at the Old Kelsey School, 6440 Garden Valley Rd., Garden Valley from 12:00 p.m. until about
1:30 p.m. This is an open public meeting. At times, because of unavoidable circumstances, meeting dates & times need to be changed.
